Job Description

Pembroke Center is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team. The position involves delivering efficient nursing care, administering medications, and supervising patient care. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current license by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
