Job Description
Genesis Health is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pottstown Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing License or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if employed at a skilled nursing center).
