Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and ensure patient and family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
