Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Laureldale Nursing and Rehab. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
