As an LPN MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process, ensuring appropriate patient care and nursing center reimbursement. Position Highlights

• Direct the nursing center interdisciplinary Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
• Develop individualized resident Care Plans in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
• Provide clinical content training to interdisciplinary team members.

Requirements

• LPN license in good standing.
• Prior experience in hospital or long-term care facilities.
• Proficiency in general nursing practices and medical procedures.
• Computer skills, including Windows applications.
• AccuMed experience preferred.
