Job Description

We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pheasant Wood. In this role, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care, working under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
