Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Evening and Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team at Pheasant Wood. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning
- Administer medications and treatments
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
- Current LPN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if required)
