Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pheasant Wood. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
