Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care and ensure positive patient outcomes. In addition to delivering clinical care, you will have the opportunity to contribute to assessments, medication administration, and patient monitoring.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Administer medications per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
