Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit, you will play a crucial role in providing top-quality medical and emotional care to our residents and patients. You will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and physical assessment skills to provide personalized care.
- Attend to daily unit operations and take on leadership responsibilities when needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Active LPN license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
