Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an essential member of our team at Levindale Hospital, located in Baltimore, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical and emotional care to our residents and patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge of nursing principles to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Provide compassionate support to residents with daily activities and complex needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to helping others in need.
