Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time role on the day shift, you will be an essential part of our team at Levindale Hospital, dedicated to providing exceptional medical and emotional care to our residents. This position offers a competitive salary and up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and take on leadership responsibilities as required.
- Work collaboratively with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with Practical Nursing licensure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Possess AHA BLS CPR Certification.
