Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, providing individualized nursing care to residents and ensuring their needs are met. In addition to daily operations, you may take on leadership responsibilities as required.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Support the daily operations of the unit and step into a leadership role when necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent; graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Active LPN license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
Unit Summary
The Halls at Levindale is a long-term care unit offering services to residents with diverse needs. Staff at Hall 1 provides sub-acute rehabilitation care to residents requiring high complexity services. Compassion, motivation, and dedication are essential qualities for team members in this unit.
