Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans for our residents. This role also involves attending to the daily operations of the unit and assuming leadership responsibilities as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit.
- Show a general understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
Unit Summary
The Halls unit at Levindale is a long-term care facility with a focus on sub-acute rehabilitation for patients with high-complexity needs. As an LPN in Hall 1, you will be part of a compassionate and dedicated team providing essential services and support to our residents.
