Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care and Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an essential member of our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans, ensuring the well-being of our residents. This full-time position offers day shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit.
- Provide compassionate care to residents with varied needs.
- Participate in a leadership role as required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma).
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
