Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide personalized care to residents, implement care plans, and ensure the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Lead daily operations of the unit and assume a leadership role when necessary.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet the needs of residents.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing; graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Active LPN license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical equipment operation.
