Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an essential part of our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide personalized nursing care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and supporting the daily operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume a leadership role as necessary to ensure efficient unit operations.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to deliver high-quality care.
- Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive care and support to residents.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
