Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans and ensure the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement nursing care plans tailored to meet the residents' needs.
- Assume a leadership role as required and contribute to the daily operations of the unit.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to provide high-quality care.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing with Practical Nursing License.
- BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
