Job Description
We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit, you will provide individualized nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing. This includes developing and implementing care plans to meet the residents' needs and ensuring the smooth operation of the unit. Responsibilities
