Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. As a valued member of our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide high-quality medical care to our residents. Levindale Hospital, where this position is located, is dedicated to offering post-acute services to help patients recover after severe illnesses or injuries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit.
- Provide leadership and support to residents and staff as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited school.
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
Unit Summary
Halls, part of Levindale Hospital, is a long-term care unit with sub-acute rehabilitation services. Staff at Hall 1 must be compassionate and dedicated to meeting the complex needs of our residents.
