Job Description
We are hiring a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities when needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure resident needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
