Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical and emotional care to residents and patients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Provide assistance with basic physical assessments and ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to providing care to those in need.
