Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans, ensure resident needs are met, and assist in unit operations.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and physical assessment skills to develop and implement care plans.
- Assume a leadership role as needed and contribute to the daily unit operations.
- Provide compassionate care and support to residents in a sub-acute rehabilitation setting.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Certification in AHA BLS CPR.
