Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans for our residents, ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist with daily operations of the unit and assume leadership roles as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Valid Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
