Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, your role will involve working under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans that meet the needs of our residents. You will contribute to maintaining the daily operations of the unit, assuming a leadership role when required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
