Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. As part of our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet the residents' needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
