Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care/ Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional medical and emotional care to our residents and patients. You will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, utilizing your nursing skills to develop and implement individualized care plans and ensure the well-being of our residents. Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume a leadership role when needed.
- Provide compassionate and dedicated care to residents with high complexity of needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing.
- AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with nursing equipment.
