Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans and ensure the well-being of our residents. The position offers a competitive salary, up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus, and a range of benefits.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume a leadership role as needed to oversee unit operations.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to residents.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Nursing diploma.
- Licensed Practical Nursing License and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
