Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Offer compassionate care to residents and assist with daily activities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
Unit Summary
Halls is a long-term care unit with sub-acute rehabilitation services. Staff members must be compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to providing care to residents with high complexity of needs.
