Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital, Baltimore, MD. As a key member of our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the well-being of our residents. This role involves attending to daily unit operations, demonstrating leadership as required, and utilizing your nursing skills to provide exceptional medical and emotional care.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and physical assessment skills to create individualized care plans.
- Assist in daily unit operations and take on leadership responsibilities when necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing; graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Active LPN license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical equipment operation.
Unit Summary
