Job Description

We are looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated team at MUSC Rutledge Tower Outpatient Neurology Clinic. As part of the clinical staff, you will assist with providing care for patients with various Neurological Disorders, such as Epilepsy, Memory Disorders, and Stroke. Your role will involve triaging patients, preparing them for appointments, administering treatments like injections, documenting in medical records, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and take vital signs.
• Document patient health history in electronic medical records.
• Administer injections and assist with minor procedures.
• Coordinate patient care and treatment plans.

Requirements

• Graduation from a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Licensed as an LPN in South Carolina or compact state.
• One year of LPN experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
