Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and residents.
Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes in health status.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current license by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
