Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process, ensuring high-quality patient care and nursing center reimbursement compliance.
Position Highlights
- Direct the interdisciplinary RAI process, ensuring accurate completion and transmission of the MDS.
- Develop individualized Care Plans in adherence to Federal and State regulations.
- Train team members on clinical content and electronic MDS completion.
Requirements
- Active LPN license.
- Prior experience in healthcare facilities.
- Familiarity with nursing practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- AccuMed experience preferred.
