Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Primary Care team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As an Office LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, providers, and Office Supervisor to deliver optimal patient care, maintain high knowledge standards, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Professional Nursing Education Program.
• Active LPN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• Preferably hold BLS training certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
