Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Exeter Center, located in beautiful Exeter, NH. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
