Job Description
We are currently seeking passionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and ensure patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, maintain accurate records, and communicate changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
- Supervise unlicensed staff and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Preferably experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
