Job Description
Genesis Healthcare, a leading healthcare services provider, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of patients and residents while building meaningful relationships with them and their families. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Supervise and oversee care provided by support staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current state nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Must hold current BLS/CPR certification.
