We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in residential real estate who possesses a keen eye for spotting properties with untapped potential. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent at New Western, you will have the opportunity to leverage your real estate expertise and our resources to acquire off-market and on-market properties to enhance our inventory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire properties with value-add potential.
• Utilize market knowledge and negotiation skills to close deals.
• Collaborate with our team of sales agents to sell acquired properties.
• Participate in continuous learning and development through New Western University.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Strong analytical skills and market understanding.
• Proven track record as a dealmaker and negotiator.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
