Job Description

New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent with at least 2 years of experience in the residential real estate industry to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. If you have a keen eye for properties with potential and are familiar with terms like ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Focus on acquiring off-market and on-market properties to add to our inventory.
• Analyze market trends and data to identify profitable opportunities.
• Negotiate deals and build relationships with sellers.
• Work as an independent contractor on a 100% commission basis.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license is required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
