New Western is seeking a licensed Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team as an Acquisition Agent. If you have at least 2 years of experience in the residential real estate industry, a keen eye for properties with potential, and are familiar with terms like ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Utilize experience and passion for real estate to acquire off-market and on-market properties.
• Analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions.
• Negotiate deals and cultivate strong relationships with sellers and investors.
• Work independently as an independent contractor on a 100% commission basis.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
