Job Description
New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent with a strong background in residential real estate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying lucrative investment opportunities in the real estate market. We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven individual familiar with real estate terms like ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize market knowledge and resources to acquire off-market and on-market properties.
- Analyze data and trends to identify profitable investment opportunities.
- Negotiate deals with sellers to secure high-potential properties.
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure successful property sales.
Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions or sales.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results on a commission basis.
