Job Description
New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the residential real estate industry to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. As part of our team, you will utilize your expertise and passion for real estate to acquire off-market and on-market properties, adding value to our inventory and participating in the thriving real estate market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire off-market and on-market properties to expand our inventory.
- Utilize your knowledge and negotiation skills to secure profitable real estate deals.
- Analyze market trends and data to make informed investment decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate property sales effectively.
Requirements
- A current Alabama real estate license.
