Job Description

New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the residential real estate industry. As an Acquisition Agent, you will be responsible for identifying potential properties for investment, leveraging your expertise and our resources to acquire both off-market and on-market properties.

Responsibilities

• Utilize market knowledge and data analysis to identify profitable investment opportunities.
• Negotiate deals with sellers to acquire properties meeting investment criteria.
• Collaborate with our in-house team to market and sell acquired properties.
• Maintain accountability for results and strive for high performance.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-based role.
