Job Description

We are looking for Licensed Therapists to join our team at Crossroads Community Services Board in Charlotte County, VA. As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide a wide range of mental health and substance abuse treatment services, including assessments, crisis interventions, therapy (individual and group), and case management for adults and children. The ideal candidates should be licensed in Virginia as a Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, or LPC. Licensed Eligible Candidates are encouraged to apply as well.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide therapy services.
• Deliver crisis interventions and case management.
• Work with adults and children in individual and group therapy sessions.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Licensure in Virginia as a Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, or LPC.
• Previous experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and age groups.
• Clear criminal background and child abuse or neglect history.
