Job Description
We are currently looking for enthusiastic Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our team at Bienvivir All Inclusive Health. As an LVN with us, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and screening prospective program participants, conducting home visits, and initiating the application process. Additionally, you will act as a liaison with local community referral sources and be involved in coordinating care services for our participants.
Positions Available
- Intake Coordinator LVN (Full-Time) - McKinley Facility
- Home Care Coordinator LVN (Full-Time) - Support Center
Qualifications
- Current state registration as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
- Minimum one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population (preferred).
- Valid driver's license, automobile, and insurance.
- CPR Card.
