Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist inmates with treatment goals and discharge planning.
• Document and report patient progress efficiently.
• Make independent clinical decisions to provide excellent care.

Requirements

• Master's level Behavioral Health Clinician with LLCP, LCP, or equivalent license.
• Minimum of one year working in a social work capacity.
• Satisfactory background investigation report.
