Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join the Memory Care Unit at Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing. As an LNA, you will work collaboratively under the direction of the Staff Nurse to deliver essential personal care support and specific aspects of patient care to residents with dementia. Communication, respect, and support are key aspects of this vital role.
