As an LPN, you will provide nursing care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, ensuring that our clients receive top-quality care. Responsibilities

• Promote professionalism, cooperation, and respect in all interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Administer medication following established policies and procedures.
• Observe clients for signs of intoxication or medication side effects.
• Maintain accurate records of medication administration and client medical records.
• Support the registered professional nurse in providing care and health counseling.
• Participate in job training, education programs, and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Current NYS LPN License.
• Minimum one year of LPN experience, preferably in substance abuse treatment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Must have sight and digital senses or prosthetics to perform job functions.
