Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated LPN-ACUTE to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital's Brain Health Unit in Baltimore, MD. As part of our team, you will provide compassionate and top-notch medical care for our residents and patients undergoing post-acute services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Attend to daily unit operations on a per shift basis and assume a leadership role when necessary.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure resident needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent; Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
