Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated LPN - Ambulatory Hematology and Oncology to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As an LPN I, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, compassionate, and reliable care to our patients, families, and medical practices within the UVM Medical Center.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the guidance of a provider or RN.
- Offer technical nursing care to patients in various health states.
- Perform clinical and administrative support services for patients and families.
Requirements
- Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- Prior LPN experience as per specified criteria.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting.
